Manager Training Program

This training program equips new managers with essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead teams and foster a positive team culture.

1
Purpose
I worked with Pursuit Collection, a hospitality service company, to expand their leadership training program by designing curriculum and presentation materials for a 2-day Manager Level workshop. This experience cultivates self-management and foundational manager skills for those new to management roles. The course content focuses on managing tasks, delegating, motivating, team building, communicating, problem solving and resolving conflict. This program will be the second tier in a 5-level leadership program, which aims to strengthen leaders' capabilities, promote employee engagement, and align team efforts with the organization’s goals, ultimately contributing to company growth and excellence.
